Staff were very friendly and helpful. Decorum was nice and gave the place character. Breakfast was good. Convenient for travelling to Altstadt and Marienplatz - Donnersbergerbrucke train station is less than a 5 minute walk away. Not much negative comes to mind - had a very positive experience

A traditional Bavarian hotel, very helpful staff, 1 minute to tram stop, 6 minutes to train station, walk to restaurants, tram to the brew house It was very hot while in Munich, an air conditioner would be nice but the staff rustled up some fans which did the job

I didn't have the breakfast, but it looked delicious when I passed by the restaurant in the morning. the staff was very helpful when we arrived and gave us free parking, and the rooms were adorable! I wish there had been bigger fans in the units because it was pretty hot, but then there was some sagging in the floor of my room that made me a little weary about moving on it to much.

Setting, location and staff was to our liking. No cold storage in the room. Sheets weren’t changed even once during a week-long stay in a sweaty 30 degree weather :/

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was prepared well and served with pride. The parking was a bit difficult at first as I had two bicycles at the back with a carrier. That said the owner/manager of the hotel helped out by providing a space in the hotel storage/garage for the bicycles and the carrier, so that we can park comfortably in the street in front of the of the hotel.

Everything! What a beautiful location. The area felt safe, the concierge staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The decor and build of the hotel was unique and very comforting. Nothing to note.
