The property was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were large. The price on booking.com was very reasonable. - The staff were too pushy and hard to have a genuine interaction with. - the spa area was quite small compared to similar properties.

The room is gorgeous. The shower is perfect. The location perfect. Bad choice of soap and shampoo. The smell is horrible.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Lots of dining and shopping options in the area. The electronics that operate lights and curtains are sometimes difficult.

Exceptional experience! Every detail is thought through, from the decor to Rosenthal bone china, to small things like plug adapters provided in the room (life saver, since we came from USA and, of course, forgot the adapter). The service is superb, the facilities are clean and excellently maintained. We had a fantastic stay! Breakfasts (and food overall) were the highest quality, with beautiful presentation. Sending lots of thanks to their chef and their team. Everyone on the staff was constantly on top of their game. My family and I are a kind of people who do care about our hotel experiences. Not like, “But we are there to explore, not to stay in a hotel, so who cares”. We do, and we are very picky. Rosewood Munich didn’t disappoint! We were there for Easter, and the hotel was so beautifully decorated! There were Easter activities for kids, and some fun surprises from the chef, and beautiful, one of a kind, giant chocolate Easter eggs for sale from a pastry chef. Pro tip: make sure to bring a lot of cash: you will definitely want to tip everyone who works in the hotel. I’m not kidding.

All was excellent

We like the facilities staff. They took care us about our many requests. The rooms are really good. Sauna and swimming pool are relaxable and comfortable. Restaurant and Bar Montez also rely good, the behaviours of the staff towards us were relly good.

—- When I check out and deposit 5luggages for return to pick up in2hrs,but all of them lost because the staff sent them to other tour car which go to Austria I have to wait my luggages for 9hrs?

Very bad beds.

The property is unique - the lobby is luxurious and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the high ceilings in the rooms. The beds were super comfy and the rooms were relatively spacious. We were greeted with a welcome drink and friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay there again, when in Munich.

I really loved everything about the hotel, the beautiful interior, the lighting in the room (I especially liked being able to control the brightness), the high ceilings, the cleanliness, and the comfy beds. The only area for improvement would be the restaurant service in the evening. It was quite slow, with only two waiters attending to all the tables.

Amazing room and location Parking and dropping the car is a hassle, but the valet team doing their best.
