Quirky things like a yoga mat and phone charges. They are genuinely trying to do something different and although at 65 I’d like a receptionist, the on line substitute sorted out my issue in a minute if that None

The location. I thought I booked a hotel that had air conditioning given the hot weather that was expected. We were given a room in the 5th floor which had no air conditioning, only a fan. The 6th & 7th floor, we were told, did have air conditioning but they were fully booked. The hotel should make it clearer during the booking process that only the 6th & 7th floor have air conditioning.

Comfy bed, really nice shower and bathroom, clean and good amenities including a good hairdryer. Helpful staff who messaged to check on my check in process given it is not a typical way of checking in. Easy to figure out check in process. Great location.

Bob w never fails the expectations. We love every bits of it. Love the cleanliness and the character. Close to everything. Walking distance to beer garden Would be great to have coffee in the room.

The location was the only good thing I would not recommend staying at this property. The experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The hotel offers very little in terms of guest service and showed no interest in resolving problems. The room was advertised as having air conditioning, but in reality there was only a portable unit that did not cool the room because it was not vented outside. Despite reporting the issue, no effective solution was provided. If you value comfort and good customer service, I recommend choosing a different hotel.

Very clean room. Aircon didn’t work. This hotel only has inbuilt air on on the 6th and 7th floors. Our room was on the 6th but the aircon didn’t work and a portable unit had been placed in the room. While we appreciated having the portable aircon to keep things cool, it took up a lot of space in what was a smallish room. Also, there is a telephone transmitter antenna about 50 metres from the hotel with one transmitter panel aimed directly at the hotel. Okay for a couple of nights I suppose, but I personally avoid close proximity to these transmitters where possible.
