The location is unbeatable in the old town close to the Residenz and Marienplatz. Clean room and premises. There is a small elevator. The room is extremely small and without closet space. Also the pillows were thin.

Great location. We had the 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor which is very poorly designed and tired - light fitting hanging off the wall in one room. Air con unit randomly stopped working and room was very hot. Room was not properly cleaned - rug was filthy and bathroom in no way clean.

We checked in and the moment we saw the room we left and went to other hotel. Small rooms, no place to open the suitcase, difficult procedure with self check in with no help from the staff on duty.

Nice room, clean and convenient for the exploring the old town and the English Gardens. Definitely to be recommended. Shame we could get hold of the iron and ironing board when asked. Would still book again.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to attractions in Munich Old Town. Relatively spacious apartment with three bedrooms suitable for family. Stair access to the last floor might not suit anyone with mobility issues. Unit was hot due to heat wave and fans would have been useful. Drinks fridge was very small and no other kitchen facilities.

Convenient location and a very comfortable bed. Clean facilities! Arrived a little early but my room was ready, so I could check in with no issues. Very kind staff. Everything was just fine.

Weird smell. Doors were missing doorhandles. Uncomfortable bed. Fridge was out of order. The AC could not be turned off. Only one emergency exit felt unsafe, and it was partly blocked by cleaning supply.

The location is great and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in at 7pm we were told our toilet was running but someone would come to fix it. The running toilet was very loud and there was no way you could sleep with the sound. We came back from dinner at 9:30pm and it still wasn’t fixed and reception was shut. I submitted an online form and someone came after 10pm (I was in the shower) quickly got dressed and he was there until 10:45pm fixing it. The next day our toilet stopped flushing completely. We went to reception again and asked for it to be fixed. Came back in the late afternoon and it still wasn’t fixed. The room smelled horrible from the unflushed business sitting there all day. Someone came while we were at dinner and sorted it but for the price I really expected at least a toilet that worked.
