It had a nice reception and it was very clean The room was very dark and disheartening.

Breakfast is super good. Absolutely top notch. Both cold and cold sortiment was perfect with very good bakery selection. Lobby was a bit hot BUT I can understand .

Room was too dusty, triggered my allergies. Room were too small for two people. Staff was positive but they were insisting on talking German even though I told them I didn’t speak German for so many times. It was hard to communicate.

Overall a solid property. Room had AC which worked. Location was very close to the main train station. Buffet breakfast was included. Parking options were available which was handy. Comfy beds and kind front desk staff.

Close to Hbf and Karlplatz. There is lidl market opposite. Breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful, when ı burnt my hand they immedietaly found me a first aid creme. So thanks a lot. The shower and its door is too narrow I had difficulty to get in. Bathroom is incredibly small. Elevator is so slow.

I don’t think it’s a place to stay with little kids (6 , 4 baby) The rooms were not ready with the baby bed , the family room I took was no door between the rooms and it was not clear when I booked it . It was very expensive room the family room so i ended have 3 rooms (family room js 2 rooms and another room for my colleage and her baby ) I asked to cancel one room and they said no

Great location. Great staff. Toilet had feces all over the front, and it wasn’t mine! I let the desk staff know and they were appropriately appalled.

Walking at night from train station to hotel was scary. Street noise was still chaotic at 2 AM.

Staff very friendly and helpful, parking was easy to use. Rooms were very nice and had everything you need.
