A bit of renovation here and there for refreshment

Location is quiet in a neighborhood. No air conditioning and the rooms were very very hot. Asked for a portable AC it didn’t work. Opened windows but bugs kept flying in. We too uncomfortable to sleep.
-
Very cute, comfy, close to public transportation and parks and restaurants and cafes. Staff was very nice and were kind enough to let me store my luggage even after check out. Wifi doesn’t work to well.
-
The room was clean, equipped with AC and a good TV. I was missing a door for the shower?
-
The location, close to the center The rooms didn't have any air-conditioning, air cooling system or any ventilation systems. The temperature hit 30°+ in the rooms, it was impossible to sleep correctly. The hotel didn't do anything to find solution.

Location, comfy room, cool vibe. And super nice staff, eveyone we dealt with. Restaurant was very nice also. Room AC is controlled by front desk, would be better if there was room control. And hallway carpet near elevators looks pretty old/worn.

Bigger rooms, trendy, comfortable beds 1) I took 4 showers - each one them was ice cold. No hot water. 2) Elevators broken - my room was on the 4th floor - not exactly what you want to do walking up stairs atty your luggage after just taking an overnight flight 3) A/C did not work in the room, room felt like a sauna - avoid Room 401 4) was interested in playing a few records considering the hotel specializes in music and my room did not have a turntable so I walked down to the reception and requested it snd it never came.

Wi-fi was a bit slow at times, but I had eSIM data so it wasn't that much of a problem.
-
Too expensive, rooms a bit small.

Everything was amazing!

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Location is quite and close to the city center, very nice. Breakfast area seats were not as tidy.

Very welcoming environment. The room was fine. I wish there had been a comfy chair in the room but overall it was fine. Safe never worked. But I felt things were safe in the room.

The location was perfect and the staff were super friendly! Our room faced the front and in the morning it was loud from the garbage trucks and delivery.

LOVED the theme. The vinyl’s in the lobby made it such a fun experience. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our requests. Loved the restaurant as well, particularly the Yoko Ono cocktails! I wish there was a kettle in the rooms.

Good location - close to the train station and easy to get anywhere. Staff was friendly. Loved the music theme. Property was fine, but had a few minor annoyances: I prefer coffee/tea in the room. The only way to get a morning beverage was to pay for a buffet. The water temperature was either cold or very hot - it didn’t mix well. The record player in our room was so cool, but didn’t play the records at the right speed.
-
Room was amazing, there were record players for free, good location close to the city center

Great location and lovely staff

Amazing location, nice to use their free bikes (there were only 2 available for the whole hotel but my boyfriend and I were lucky enought to snag them most days), nice decor and good sized room. The hotel restaurant hosted a private event with a live band on Friday night, and the noise was extremely loud until 1am. Unfortunately, the hotel isn’t soundproofed for this kind of event, and from the third floor we could clearly hear the music, not just the bass. I was in Munich for full-day workshops starting at 9am and needed a good night’s sleep, which was impossible. I spoke with reception around 23:30 to ask if the music could be turned down or if we could move rooms, but neither was possible. Although the staff said they would lower the volume, the noise continued and became very loud again at 1am. It felt like the event was prioritised over guests’ comfort, which was disappointing for a hotel stay.

Atmosphare When there are a party at the bar, then it could be noisy.
