Nice location. Parking was very strange and pricey.

Location, clean, good breakfast
-
Clean, great breakfast, good value.

Close to town. Underground parking. Restaurants close by. It was all a bit soulless. Minimal staff and facilities. No bar (vending machines instead). Very average breakfast.

Clean and comfortable Nothing

Great staff and nice location of the hotel. Very good breakfast and easy to reach by public transport. School close by can be a bit noisy in the morning, but nothing too inconvenient since the room has a decent noise isolation.

Cleanliness and Front Desk staff are very pleasant, and helpful.

The breakfast food, facilities and staff were very good, During Oktoberfest, they raised their prices ridiculously.

You folks hit it out of the park! Everyone at Domus were kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I loved staying at your hotel, the beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and appreciated the daily room service. The breakfast was perfect and your server was polite, attentive and friendly. I’m sorry I did not get everyones names, but the other person who i would like to recognize is the blonde front desk women. She went above and beyond to help, inform and provide information as needed. She was great Thank you for such a wonderful experience I wish the lobby sitting was more inviting and comfortable

I asked for extra pillows weeks before my arrival since My experience with European hotels is that they give you one flimsy pillow which isn't nearly enough. When I arrived I did not have them and I asked at the front desk. He didn't care at all and told me I had to keep coming down and checking back every hour. I went four times the first day simply to get extra pillows. Most of the staff simply didn't care. The attitude was pretty surprising. There was one young blonde lady who was helpful. Thank you to her. Breakfast was decent. They ran out of eggs early and coffee was too order and was cold and watery. Ask me was rude and told me I would have to pay extra money if I wanted the towels they took to be replaced. On day four they didn't even clean the room and all of the wet towels were left on the floor. The entire area is a construction zone. All in all you can definitely find something much better for almost $200 a night.

Location was excellent. Room was very clean and updated. I had to downgrade to get AC, which was weird but AC worked great. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was a huge fly all over the bread. All items were uncovered except one loaf of bread. Eggs were covered but always running low and looked unappetizing. No bacon or sausage, mo matter how early I went.

Great location in a quiet room, still close to everything, 10-15 min walk to old city, 5 min to English Garden and more... Nothing

Overpriced for what it was. No bar or drinks facilities in room just a vending machine in reception
