Everyone was so friendly. Via messages before the arrival, during the check in, then checking if everything is fine. The room was very nice and so comfortable that we decided not to go out that evening and just relax and go to sleep early. We also made a special request as it was my sons birthday, they said they can't promise to deliver as it was unusual, but the great surprise was there when we came. Suroundings were also much nicer than we expected. I work as a tour guide and stay in at least 20 hotels every year, so I don't often leave reviews, but this one was so great that I had to do it. Shower doesn't have doors, just walls, so it is basicly a part of the room, only partially hiden. So I wouldn't recomend sharing it with a person you don't want to see naked ♂️

The hotel is located right next to a train station, just a few stops from downtown Munich. Downstairs, there is a supermarket and a bakery where you can find good options for breakfast. We were not able to use the hotel's underground parking garage due to its 2-meter height limit, but there are free parking spaces in the nearby residential area. I booked a family room for two adults and two teenagers aged 14 and 16. I expected more of a studio setup, but we were accommodated in a single room, with all four of us sharing the same space. The single beds added for kids turned out to be confortable, but the room was really small for the four of us (plus dog).

The staff & location was great The bed was shockingly uncomfortable possibly the worst bed I’ve ever slept in , the room was dark & small we were staying for 6 nites so this didn’t help

Very suprised that for such price we got this level of accommodation. The hotel was 10/10 and we loved this experience. Felt super comfortable and we even got a garden view. Thank you

its nice cleaning isn't good as I got Asthem attacked ,theyhave dust mites in all hotel, I feel it , i become sick !! also I need privacy; the glass wall lets people from the outside see me!!

The room was large enough to accomodate the four of us and it was clean. We liked that next to the hotel we've had tram station. There wasn't a mini fridge.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the S-bahn Fasangarten station, 15 mins by train from the city center, in a quiet residential-commercial area. Rooms are big. Bed linen is synthetic and the third bed was so firm that some might find it unconfortable. The bathroom area does not have a door (only the wc is separated); so there is no privacy when showering (if needed). Breakfast at the supermarket cafeteria close by is ok, but neither cheap nor brilliant. All in all, it seems to be a very basic structure, that with a few touches might be better; at present, definitely not a Premier Inn, at comparable prices.
