Hotel Adria München

Perfect location for our purposes. Very friendly and nice staff, very good breakfast. Parking was easy with the road parking license from the hotel. I would recommend to mention it at the booking, as their licenses are limited. Shops, cafes and restaurants are very close by, but shops closing at 8 pm, standard in this part of Germany. The English Garden with the Eisbach Wave (surfers wave) is also around the corner… Single rooms are rather small with a single bed, but for short stays sufficient. Rooms have no air condition.

1. Location - very close to city center, it takes only 10-15min on foot to reach the heart of the city center. It is a very quiet part of town, on a peaceful street, and most importanly there is no outside noise in the evning. There isna well-stocked grocery store just 2min from the hotel, and a pharmacy is locates right across the street. There are alao plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. 2. Cleanlines - the accomondation was exceptionally clean! Everything was spotless, from bed linen to the bathroom. Huge compliments to the cleaning staff! The towels are changed every day. 3. Room - the room was spacious enough. Our room had two bathrooms - one with a sink and a shower and the other with a sink and a toilet. It had everything we needed, including hairdryer and a kettle. Coffe and tea were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, as were pillows so we slept really well. Wi-fi was excellent. 4. Staff - the staff were extremly friendly, smiling and positive! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich! Everything was excellent! 10!

The staff is the best value of the hotel; all of them are fantastic! The rooms are nice and comfortable. The lift is between floors always; you need to use a few stairs. With suitcases, that is not nice.

Excellent location, walking distance to Marienplatz and local trams and S train station. Breakfast was beautiful and staff at breakfast were so kind and helpful Nothing, everything was perfect

The hotel is extremely cosy, the breakfast is great and the staff is so nice. The location is great: great restaurant and of course very close.to englisher garten, whuch is amazing to swimm and to find a playground with children.

Close to the center of Munich. The room was disappointing. We felt like it was student accommodation.

The location was in a quieter neighborhood with easy access to the subway and tram. It was also an easy 10 minute walk to the tourist area around the Hof Brau Haus. We were there in July and it was hot without AC. This is normal in Europe. The hotel included several extea fans in the room and there were plenty of windows to open to cool down at night.

Lovely basement apartment, plenty of space for the 2 of us. The staff were also excellent, my wife wasn't feeling too well one day and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating with her trying to make her feel better. There's no air conditioning in the rooms and we were there in the middle of an extremely hot Munich. We had a fan in the room that helped a little. There was an air conditioner reception area in the hotel that helped a lot when coming in from the outside extreme heat.

Location Bad cleaning ; they only made the beds and nothing else not ven the coffe Cups or Glass .We paid Eur 20 extra x day for our dog and we thought that it would be for the extra cleaning. Obviously they didn’t clean the carpet or not of very well before we arrived as there was still grey dog”s hair lying around. The hotel is old and unfortunately we didn’t check k if there was AC as there was a heatwave during our stay . However they did furnish ventilators but the one at the ceiling was completely useless as it didn’t distribute the air around the room but straight on one spot on the floor . 2 nights were a complete nightmare ..

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff! Clean room and bed. The parking is absolutely a nightmare to navigate. Finding street parking was near impossible in this area. Just something to keep in mind for other travelers.
