We love the vibe of the place. Staff is great. Newspapers are great. Breakfast is expensive! We had a bunch of nits about the lighting by the bed which didn't really work, the sinks too big and the surface area around them too small. Where should we put toiletries? Weird shower controls but, hey, choice of LED colors!. Hate rain shower because it is bad for women who do not wash hair daily and there is no satisfying jet of water. But it is all lovely and we like being there.

A gem of a hotel. Lovely and quiet. Beautiful rooms with everything you would want or need. Loved the breakfast, lots of delicious options in a lovely restaurant. The location is very good and we would definitely return and stay here again. Nothing! Everything was good.

The garden is a very nice place to sit during a hot summer day. Everything else. The staff was rude (with a few exceptions) and they don't speak English. They offered a free cot, which was very uncomfortable, and it looked very old. Food quality was very poor, as well, especially the room service (we paid a high price for a very sad sandwich, covered in a bunch of stale potato chips). At noon, they started fixing the elevator, although people were checking out and had to take their luggage down the stairs. Beds were very uncomfortable and the mattresses were very worn down. Overall, we paid a huge price per night and we didn't receive any value for our money.

Lovely courtyard and great food. Once we paid for a room upgrade it was nice! The original booking soon was super small and cramped and the shower was in an awkward corner location with a step. The staff was a bit cold and brusque.
