It's a great little hotel in a great location. Not flash, but an old time welcome and a good breakfast. The receptionist is top notch and very helpful. I'm planning to return with my wife for a short trip to Munich.

decent breakfast, location near a big park and close to the city center no elevator, old furniture, bad smell in the bathroom and the room, rooms in the attic with bathrooms where you could not shower standing, poor wifi signal. incredibly overpriced for what it offers.

Location and the AMAZING breakfast. Worn, smelly, dirty hallway floors and rooms weren’t the cleanest neither. No elevator or help to get the luggage up to the third floor.

The worst hotel I have ever in my life stayed in Everything

Price was good for busy time of year. Booked single room and while room was small it was more than suitable for one person. The bar was not open in the middle of the day and it took a long time to check in.

The location was at the edge of the old town, very convenient for a facility just outside of the main core of the old town center. The breakfast was abundant and of good quality. The dining room/bar was delightful and open 24 hours !! The price was very reasonable compared to the hotels in the center of the old town. The room prices during Oktoberfest are unaffordable in center Munich, but Hotel Ritzi made it possible for us. The hotel is an older building without an elevator. We were in the 5th floor, so it was a bit uncomfortable to go up and down multiple times, especially with the luggage. The room is basic and the decor somewhat amateurish.

Good location near the U train and pretty location across from the park. Comfortable and clean room. No safe in the room and confusing key lock system. Also no elevator - being on the 5th floor got a bit annoying, especially with no phone in the room to call the front desk if I needed something.
-
The price was high but it was during Oktoberfest, I would not pay the amount again for this hotel. Breakfast was great, staff was great, location was close to public transportation but was able to walk to almost everything except the airport and Olympic Park. No elevator if you have someone who can't do stairs.

We had a room for 3 on the 4 floor and it was large. We also liked the breakfast. 1) No elevator (had to Cary luggage to 4th floor) 2) the door locks are the stupidest design I have ever seen. When you check in, the perat the front desk has to give a demonstration 3). We happen to be there the first weekend of October fest and rates were doubled (very disappointing)

The location, next to a big park, several playgrounds, an ice cream shop, 15min walk to Deutches Museum, 15min walk to the Isar where you can take a swim, and 30min walk to town…Perfect for our family. The breakfast had everything one needs and we all liked it. Not more or less, it was certainly enough for us. Cute hotel and they let us put the stroller on the ground floor which made it all easier. The room with the extra big couch was very good. The cleaner tried to get away from cleaning our room one day, blaming that the hotel was full and we would be in the room between 14.00-15.00 mid-day. We still asked them to clean a bit and take out the trash etc. The room lacked some amenities like an iron and coffee/tea. It could all be asked for. I would like not to have to ask for cleaning and coffee, it should just be provided.

The staff were very nice and helpful It was extremely hot in the room, the carpets in the room needed replacing and the bathroom fixtures were very old and dirty (this was not down to the cleaners)
