Well sized room. Perfect for our requirements. Helpful desk staff at all times but special mention to the night desk man for his help with a diabetic collapse suffered by one of our party. Good transport links to trams and S-bahn. Nothing that deserves comment.

The lady at the reception was very kind and helped us with an early check-in. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I’d really like to thank her once again.

Clean and spacious room, about 20 minutes walking from the railway station. Modern vibe, excellent airco. Friendly staff.

Friendly and efficient check-in, clean and comfortable room, great location with easy access to the city centre via public transportation or walking and reception staff were very helpful. The size of towels provided; too small for use after showering.

Most probably 4 stars level hotel on budget. I never imagined it will be this great. I would definitely book it anytime going back to Munich.
