Bed was clean. Location was good. In room description it included AC. But it was not working. Vending machine was not working. Toilet in my room was clogged by someone. So I had to go to a common toilet downstairs. Overall it was a bad experience.

Private room very clean and quiet. Mattress and bedding was comfortable. Bathroom felt new. Good quality aircon. I had great big windows outlook to sky on lvl 5. Was able to check in 1.5hrs early. The immediate area outside is very sketchy alot of drug users and strange men, I didnt feel very safe as a young female. Didn't feel like authentic Germany. Unfortunately the hostel wasn't a young, social type of hostel. The only common areas is out the front and feels just like a reception. No group activities/tours to join if solo travelling. Lift is super slow and 1 day was not working.

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is good, however it is close to the railway station which is a plus and a minus at the same time. It is close also to the metro station which has grocery shops and fast food/pastry stands. I stayed in a double room with a private bathroom, which as clean and had an OK size. I am sorry to say that the bed was not comfortable. The place is a bit run-down and could do with a general update (especially the mattresses!).

People - staff especially the manager was super helpful and supportive as well as a receptionist guy with the glasses (didn’t catch his name) Location - Very convenient to stay especially for those arriving in a railway.

In general it was a nice stay there They don't provide laundry and breakfast, I know its their market and way of making business but i would prefer that in the final payment of the booking they include them both, even if the final price rises, or at least the breakfast would be nice if it was included, Another thing I didn't like was that in booking when I was doing the booking it didn't allow me to book and pay later, once I arrived at the place. Rather than that everything was perfect to me.

We stayed at Jaeger’s Munich as a family and had a really great experience. We booked a quadruple room, and it was spacious, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff and management were friendly and very professional. The location is also perfect, just a few meters from the metro and the airport bus stop. Definitely one of our most enjoyable stays in Munich. Highly recommended for families! Nothing, we literally liked everything
