Motel One München-Deutsches Museum

The staff was very friendly. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit a little bit small. Breakfast was included and was generally pretty good. The location was about an 8-minute walk from the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn, so not super convenient but not a terrible walk either. The hotel uses an air cooling system and not an air conditioning system. At most, it would cool our room by 3 or 4°. This was barely tolerable for sleeping at night. After the first two nights, we were able to open up our window and cool off enough that way. Also, the rooms and the bathrooms were definitely on the small side. For one person, they would have been perfect. For two people and multiple pieces of luggage, it was a bit cramped when we were in there.

The location is decent and the outdoor area is nice! The bathroom isn’t on the same floor in the reception lounge area but honestly not a big deal.

Location is further out of town than expected. The connection to public transport is suboptimal. There are only limited options of restaurants around. Rooms and bathroom are tiny. Two persons and two suitcases are almost impossible to fit in.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Motel One. Marco at the front desk was so kind and incredibly helpful. He helped us with what to do in the city on a rainy day and transportation. We really loved the breakfast at the hotel. It had organic fruit and food. The bed was SO comfortable. We stayed here in the beginning of our trip and the end. We were so excited to come back to this hotel because of the breakfast, cleanliness of the hotel, great staff, and comfortable beds. We will be now be staying at Motel Ones, hoping our experience will be just as good! The only thing was I wished the hotel room was a little bigger!

Excellent breakfast

Every department has positive people who enjoy what they do. Cleaner, more organized chairs and tables in the hotel entrance side garden could improve the overall appearance.

Only problem they did not offer myself clean towels and nor did they make up my room for three day, had to complain to Reception and then they provided a service ??? Clean and modern

Our room wasn’t very clean. There were hairs stuck to the headboard and on the rug which wasn’t very pleasant.
