This is the best hotel in the Rotkreuzplatz area in terms of value for money. I also got a chance to interract with the staff and they were helpful!

Good breakfast and 24/7 very friendly staff that helped with all requests. Good location. Hotel is ok for a couple of nights but not more. The room was rather dirty and somewhat run down. In the corners thick dust balls, surfaces, coffee machine, etc dusty. Curtains were stained as well as the walls, especially in the bathroom around the sink and toilet. Balcony pretty run down, dead plants in the hanging planters. Overall facilities were very basic, not in line with the self description of the hotel. We had a “family room” which is a slightly larger double room with two extra chairs that into single “beds” for the kids. No wardrobe space to put clothes (only a few hangers).
