Novotel Muenchen City

Great location to walk to the center, by the river and less hectic. Great breakfast selection. Ample parking. Helpful staff and fast service. Nice lobby area. Family friendly. Separation of toilet and bathroom is a good idea but it would be great to have a small sink in the bathroom. Cappuccino from the coffee machine is not that great. Felt the same in other hotels and coffee shops so I assume it’s the norm.

Staff was friendly, hotel is clean and modern, and the location is great (right near Deutsches Museum) The AC is eco style, so it never really cooled down when it was 80+ degrees outside. Also pretty pricey for a somewhat normal hotel.

Location was good. Staff weren’t very helpful or friendly. Everything overpriced. There was only one person who was nice and helpful. Her name was Anna. Wonderful customer service from her.

Coffee is terrible! I would recommend investing in better coffee beans.

Very professional and friendly staff. Great services. house keeping two times a day schedule . Very well located to the all facilities and the same time quiet district . The petrol station and supermarket 24/7 is steps to the hotel which’s rare finding it in Europe. Over all it is good hotel for business and vacation Poor WiFi The pool is very small but for kids entertainment is reasonable. Should be more safety for room windows. And coffee machines.

Bar/food staff was nice - All students not from Germany. Booked with Bookings.com Two Family Executive rooms - Hotel charged us for that but only gave us one and said tuff, contact Booking.com. Rude front desk - didn't even look up our room before he said that's just the way it is. So one family stuck in a tiny family room with 2 kids.

I did not like it at alk. The room smells ..the people were unhelpful..there was a lack of cleanliness..no.maintenance at night WC was blocked and was yold to change room.at 11 pm ..Program at Sports Bar poor..matress not good and staff not professionak

Location Air condition is too hot give the current wave of heat it’s not capable of cooling down the rooms especially the suites (big rooms)

Don’t be misled by the first photo you see on Google Maps, implying large outdoor swimming pool. There is only a very small interior pool.

Check in/out and furnishings were all great. Advertised A/C in rooms did not work well. We had two rooms, neither would drop below about 23 C. It was a hot summer and we selected this hotel based on claimed A/C.

Rooms very small and cigarettes smells very bad. I had very bad asthma because of that

Beds and pillows are uncomfortable, Air conditioning barely works

wellness was excellent, breakfast as well - wide range to choose from, bed comfortable, staff very polite and helpful. i recommend it to others.

Comfy firm mattress. It was clean and the breakfast was great with lots of choice. Parking by the hotel is convenient. The bathroom is a bit small and the toilet stands separately but it is ok overall. The city center is about 15 minute walk from the place.

I've stayed at the hotel before and returned because of the excellent overall quality. -The breakfast is exceptional -The hotel staff are friendly and helpful -The location is convenient to many forms of transportation and the center of the city. -The gym and exercise facilities are well maintained More exercise equipment in the gym perhaps. The gym is clean and usable but only adequate in terms of equipment.

Wifi didn’t work. They charge 150 euros for quarantee? during check in and cancel it during check out. This was weird:) Never saw that before. I guess I will not stay at any novotel again.
