Great location Nice room Good facilities Purchased cup of tea in their coffee shop for $5, but in addition to the $5 one of the employees took our credit card number and charged $100 on our credit card when we reported it to the hotel- we had to do paperwork and send them emails and try for days to get our refund -finally had to dispute with credit card for refund.

What a fantastic hotel! Its location was so convenient to all of the sights on our list and had lively nightlife nearby. The Lobby was very nice with comfortable seating and an adjacent bar. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was very convenient and the price was not unexpected given the busy area. Our room was small but very well appointed and spotless. The rainfall shower was delightful. The breakfast was excellent but the cost (€34) is a bit high if you are not a big breakfast eater. That said, the price is similar to other big European cities. If you prefer a lighter breakfast there are other more affordable options nearby.

Beautiful hotel, that is convenient to all the historical sites in Munich. The ladies working the morning breakfast buffet were a bit sullen.

Location was good. Total room size was good. Small bathroom, very small and not manageable. Air conditioning was lacking, never really got comfortable especially at night. We woke up sweating every night.

The location was fabulous. So close to the heart of the city. Only a few minutes away from Marienplatz. Restaurants close by. The staff very helpful, valet parking, beautiful high end decor in room. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was great. Omelet cooked to order. So much variety. A PERFECT place to stay in Munich. All was perfect!
