the air condition in our room the first two days was good with cold air in this extreme hot weather but after that it changed and the room conditioner didnt work as expected, this made the stay very uncomfortable but i still rate it high as this was the only cons we had

Spacious room, comfortable bed and correct location for public transportation(very close to tram station and bus stop). An Aldi supermarket is just nearby. Staffs are friendly. A little bit outside city centre but easy to move around with public transportation

The man at Reception was rude. We checked in in the evening there was a Man with no hair. He wasn't friendly at all.

It was a decent hotel. Not much to say about it. It's very plain. The upgraded hotel version is next door. The premium. The beds were okay. It seemed clean enough.

The staff who did the check in for us was very kind and friendly. She even tried to speak Vietnamese to me and we did a small talk about how she learned the language. Overall great staff. The stay was also easy to reach out to the city centre.
