The service was excellent At 9 o’clock, whilst I was working, two children suddenly started running and jumping in the corridor, repeatedly knocking on my door and laughing loudly. I was unable to stop them, and this caused me a great deal of disturbance. At the time, I wasn’t sure whether I should have contacted reception to ask them to intervene; I hope the hotel could display the reception number more clearly inside the rooms. Fortunately, this did not pose a risk to personal safety.

It's near a grocery store and many public transportation. You can't control the AC. I think it's central controlled by the hotel. It was too hot for us.

Good location, 10-15mins drive to most sightseeings. Great soundproof. Superb Döner hidden in the residential area across the road. The free street parking is not possible due to construction and it lasts to 2027. You need to find a place across the road. Luckily it was Sunday free parking and looks like a safe neighborhood. The a/c is bad. We booked two rooms. One was broken and the other had hardly any cooling effect. We got changed another room but broke a/c again. The reception promised to check it later but never came. then it was too late so we gave up another try. Plus the reception seemed overwhelmed.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful with the questions we had - restaurants in the area and transportation to a few different places. Bathroom had a terrible smell. Receptionist was willing to change our room, but we couldn’t move bc we had young children with us in the room next door.
