There was nothing special. Its not even equivalent to 2 star. Four star hotel but doesn’t have phones in the room. No additional water bottles. Catherine doesn’t have a good behavior. Even i asked for socket board to charge mobile as in Germany there is different socket design. She asked me to keep my credit card as security. And the socket price maybe 3, 4 euros. P Far location also.

Room lacked basic essentials such as a fridge or slippers or tea! Room is verrrrry small. The toilet was dirty. The shower head was broken.

The location is great if you're going to concert at arena near by, but otherwise you don't have much to do

The location is really good next to U6 and also the airport express bus (LH Bus) I ordered a room for 2 adults but I got only 1 pillow and blanket and 1 towel. The bed was really uncomfortable, the mattress sank to the middle.

No AC working for 4 days. No iron. No telephone in the room. What kind of hotel that has no telephone in the room? Stinky unventilated hallway. I told receptionist about AC and iron but did nothing. Horrible unfriendly frowning receptionists except one young German lady that was super nice. I regret every night spent here

The room was not properly clean. The floor and surfaces had dust and one of the bath towels had blood stains.

Thank you for the service. Close to the English Garden and all the hot spots. Use lim to move everywhere. Special thanks to the Tunisian receptionist. Canabis smoke smell at the corridors

Located in quieter part of town with affordable price. The line at check-in was long and the staff was weirdly not super friendly to me (was to the people before me). The shower head holder was broken so the water shot out of the bathtub.

Honestly, I was very annoyed with them. At 8 AM, the cleaning man came to my room 10 times, knocking on the door and saying they wanted to clean. I told him I had the right to stay until 12 AM, and asked why they were bothering me and waking me up. This is very unacceptable.

Staff was really friendly. Rooms were clean. In my room the toilet was leaking. Asked for checkint it in the morning and was repaired by evening. Although it was a little unpleasant in the evening when I was standing in the shower and noticed there is no hot water. Probabyl forgot to turn it on again after the toilet was repaired. The problem was then solved within a couple of minutes. The beds are very very soft. Some might like it, for me it was uncomfortable, so I could not get much of sleep. And the first night was really cold. It took some time for the heating to heat up the room. Again this is personal preference.
