The location was great as it was near the Main Station. The staffs were excellent and very helpful. In summer, it was unbearable inside the room and we were not able to sleep due to heat and suffocation. We kept our windows wide open, still it was very hot. The size of the room could be a little more spacious, but with the given budget, it was not a big deal.

Hotel Review This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had to endure the 30°C summer heat in Germany without air conditioning, as none of the rooms have any cooling system. I had to keep the window open throughout the night, but the excessive noise from the surrounding area made it very difficult to sleep. The towels also smelled unpleasant. Even though I had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, the housekeeper opened my door and entered the room twice. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay, and I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Location was okay. Good value. Rooms on the street side are very noisy. No air conditioner. The room is smaller than what it looked on the pictures.

Clean, lovely staff, easy to find, not too far for walking from the train station. Easy tram ride to the City area. Just need a fan in the room for the warm nights.

Good location, free tea and coffee and 24h reception. The staff was nice and accommodating. The room didn’t have air conditioning (in summer is a basic necessity, specially for a hotel) so at night we couldn’t turn the lights on and have the window open at the same time because of the mosquitos. We had to chill in the dark with the windows open. There’s no phone to communicate with reception in the rooms. If you need to ask for anything you must go down 4 floors. Also the room wasn’t very clean, it was full of dust. These things would be okay if you were not paying to stay in a hotel.

Nice and clean hotel close to tram stops and the city’s main train station. The hotel does not have AC which makes sleeping extremely difficult in summer heat.
