Very nice Bavarian type hotel with very competent and helpful staff, great beer-garden and delicious food.

The room is smaller than it was on the pictures :( Breakfast is not that good, as it was mentioned in other reviews. Just a standard breakfast, nothing spesial.

Der Gasthof liegt wunderschön am Waldrand und man kann sofort entspannen bei einem Spaziergang. Das Einzelzimmer war nur für eine Nacht mit meiner Hündin gebucht und vollkommen ausreichend. Ich konnte zum Abendessen und Frühstück auch meinen Hund mitnehmen. Allerdings wurden wir jedesmal direkt am Eingang zum Restaurant platziert und das war nicht unbedingt schön. Deshalb nur 4 statt der 5 Sterne.

A lovely place and great breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms and setup. The location is good for hikes and in a nice residential area close to Munich.

A lovely hotel that feels like a German Country Inn. The staff were so accommodating and lovely. The dining area for breakfast was so charming. It's so close to the train station and the restaurant there serves the best local dishes. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here. We were there for Oktoberfest and this was just a short train ride away from all the festivities. Thank you for a great stay...

The staff was great. The building was charming. Having the restaurant and beer garden right there was great. Having the train station right outside was convenient. Shower was way too small. Bed had no sheets or blankets and none were available in the room.

Typical Bavarian style. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Place itself close to the woods and the Isar. Railway station nearby… in the night was a little festival, but after closing the window, we could not hear anything. Dark room despite the window

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are great and welcoming. The hotel is 2 min walk from a train station-5-30 min ride to munich. The breakfast is great. The restaurant was amazing. Rooms were clean. We loved it
