Nicely cleaned, heating (although had to turn it on and was noisy) worked Absolutely terrible arrive procedure. Arrive by car, park car on street (if there's space!), get key, go back to car, use key to enter (very tight and uncomfortable) garage... And do the whole thing again backwards when leaving! Zero staff at 3pm to help.

The location is fine, the hotel is on a quiet street The room was very clean Hot water super, heating super Polite working stuff The entrance code was incorrect - I had to call to have the door opened.. The wi-fi code was incorrect - I found it out late at night.. A small fridge would have been great. The price was relatively high compared to the provided facilities/amenities

Amazing location. The u-bahn station is nearby and i was able to go to the Stadium with direct line, same to Marienplatz and same to fanzone. The location was perfectly in the middle for all the important zone of Euro2024. There is also a P+R nearby. Yes, location 10/10. The room was big and comfy.

Clean and spacious and comfortable Only a small thing - a little tricky to open the room door with the fob. But managed after a few turns and tries in different directions.

Nice and silent room in the night with big windows to open. Was difficult to find hotel on third floor in an residential / commercial building. No clear signage. Key system was hard to understand and hotel was unattended. Had to call and get guiding, still difficult.

Great location right in the middle of Schwabing. Really nice room. No fuss. Great value for money. Be prepared that getting into the hotel is a bit like an escape room challenge if you arrive in the afternoon - front door, upstairs to the lockbox, key fob to unlock the doors. It all works fine, but it's a bit of an adventure the first time. Instructions are provided, just read them carefully!
