I stayed on the 5th floor and the Wi-Fi was not working. And I didn’t really like the situation with the beds - “first come first serve” like taking any place you like. I prefer to have my assigned bed and have the locker close to it, not on the other side of the room.

There were 2 bathrooms in the room The staff was not friendly 1. First day I arrived, I asked about the possibility to use an upper bed. The staff said that they do not allocate beds for guests, which means I could choose any bed that was free in the room. Later I found out that he already wrote the bed number on my room card cover, which means that the staff do allocate beds, but he just lied. 2. I asked the staff if luggage storage is free after check out. Instead of answering my question, he pointed to a door and reported the same sentence: I pointed to you. But what I asked is not where is the luggage room, I asked about the cost, he just shows impatience and did not answer the question
