Breakfast was OK 1. It was not a 4 star hotel as advertised in Booking.com. Maybe 2 star 2. Room door could not be locked from inside, Washroom lock broken and washroom dirty 3. No Remotes for TV and AC 4. Mosquitoes in room. Spray not provided when asked for. 5. Corridors extremely smelly. 6. Bed linens old, dirty and with stains 7. Room fridge not working

Amazing all perfect expect for the location the price is good The location is alittle bit far u need 10 mins walking to get to the center and after 8 its not a very active area unless U r in the center

Providing very little drinking water, so you have to buy large quantities of water due to the humidity and heat, as the information clerk at the evening shift will inform you that if he provides water, everyone will ask for it and this will tire him. However, towels and blankets may be required. Regular room cleaning is not available so you have to use the rooms with care and cleanliness. The management should reconsider a lot of details.

The hotel is in a good location, almost in front of the old bazar and around the market but just a little distance from the beach. I love traditional style breakfast, which was included in the price. The room was OK you could see the tram from the window which was going towards the airport. I just give this feedback due to the lady who is serving breakfast daily, Thanks for your lovely breakfast. All the cleaning staff were absolutely cooperative, but management need to tell them to clean the rooms at least after 2 days. When you check in, just try to check that everything should be normal and working. AC wasn't working properly, also with the light.

When you check in, just try to check that everything should be normal and working. AC wasn't working properly, also with the light. Management needs to replace TV with a smart TV so we can connect with our mobile. They need to communicate as I booked separate 2 bookings and instead to check their records they came in the room and asked my mother to leave the room instead of wait for me as I was outside, they need to respect guest.
