Baymont by Wyndham Murfreesboro

The place felt unsafe due the the clientel loitering around the hotel and what appeared to be a sex worker around the front of the hotel. Upon entering the room we were immediately hit with a pungent odor of mold and humidity. The room felt damp and humid. The ceiling of the bathroom was covered in mold, the picture frame and most disgusting of all the mattress. The sheets reaked of mold and felt wet. The room looked like it was barely cleaned or maintained. We went to the front to ask for a different room and upon entering that room we were absolutely grossed out by what was a disgusting room as well. There was what appeared to by a dried substance of some sort (looked almost like throw up) on the side of the bed frame and the sheets smelled dirty. When we turned on the air, not only did it not appear to cool down the room but it made a extremely loud banging noise that would not stop. We decided to go to the front desk and request a refund because the state of this hotel was quite frankly disgusting. She said she could not and could only give us another room. We asked her to call her manager for a refund she said he was sleeping. We insisted and he refused as well.

I like that it was close to where I needed to be The room was filthy when I stayed the couch in the room looked like nasty things happened on it there were a pair of old socks behind the bed and the room smelled musty and a lot of appliances where broken including the microwave the wall plugs above the nightstand and a hole in the walls behind the door plus I had a very important interview and made breakfast than threw it away because you aren’t allowed to leave the room with it plus most all of the employees have horrible attitudes except for one when I checked in

Filthy room. Filthy floors. Filthy property, garbage everywhere. Did not feel safe here. Mold in corners of bathroom. Shower curtain coming off the wall, tv didn’t work. Bugs. If we had not just driven 10 hours we would have left. I can believe Wyndham put their name on this hotel. Do NOT stay here!!!

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean.

The price was great! Staff were not really friendly especially the check out clerk. The $100 cash deposit was a surprise, no explanation and staff were surprised that I would ask for a receipt. Also, the grounds are looking bad- overgrown shrubs, trash, cigarette butts and even a condom in the parking lot.

The staff was amazing, however, there was a leaky toilet and faucet that constantly dripped. The office staff had to come in and tweak the HDMI cable on the TV to make it work.

It was extremely dirty, tv wasn't working, everything i opened the door a dog or cat ran in. Holes in walls, dirty bathroom.

Room was clean but there was mold in the bathroom on ceiling. Other than one woman staff was not very friendly. Main door didn’t seal properly. Carpet was old and frayed going to the bathroom area.

Beds were comfortable & location was good. Room smelled of smoke (requested smoke free) and bathroom had mold/mildew on ceiling, floor and around caulk in tub.
