Lobby staff was friendly and room was very clean. I was only there for one night, so I didn’t really get to take advantage of the extra amenities.

The room was clean. The staff were amazing. I would definitely stay again.

This is my go-to place when I have to stay in the area. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Everything was great Except, the breakfast. Just two things, the eggs appeared to be powered or some kind of egg product scrambled and not real scrambled eggs. Secondly, the coffee was NASTY! So bad I could not drink it. Need a better, smoother coffee.

The property and rooms were great! Only downside is that housekeeping didn’t come the 2 days I stayed to change trash or offer new towels.

The beds were comfortable and rooms were super clean. Staff was great and the breakfast was yummy. It was a great stay.

Room was very comfortable and I was very impressed by how many outlets they had to charge all of our devices. The staff was ver good as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Newer hotel and great location. Room was not very clean. Other guests were smoking and loudly talking in the outdoor pool area, which was supposed to close at 8p., until 1;30am.

Genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very clean and well kept. I felt very comfortable staying there with my husband. It’s located in a great part of Murfreesboro and it’s around so many good places. I would 10/10 recommend staying there and we will absolutely be staying there again if we ever visit Murfreesboro again.

Breakfast was below what I expected.

However, I feel the price was too high for what was offered. I paid around $170 per night, but I've stayed in other hotels with very similar rooms, cleanliness, and amenities for around $110–$120 per night. While there was nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, I didn't see enough added value to justify the higher rate. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but I believe it is overpriced compared to other options in the area.

Exceptional

Good location, breakfast and as surprisingly great!! The pull-out couch mattress was absolutely disgusting & unusable. The night host “couldn’t” do anything about it. She said they couldn’t swap the mattress with another one and there was no housekeeping in house so they couldn’t change our room. I went online with Hyatt to give some feedback about it, so the manager called me the next day. She was rude & insisted there was nothing wrong with the mattress & refused to do anything from a customer service standpoint to help. Also, the pool has zero lighting so even though they are open until 10pm, it’s very very dark & unsafe.
