Great stay. Great location and...

COULD NOT CHECK IN. WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL.

My only complaint was that the mattress was terrible. Everything else was very nice.

Only stayed the one night. Supporting DCI or Drum Corps international. I’m a fan of the Blue Devils and Carolina Crown. All Corps competing put on a great show.

The staff was incredibly genuine and cared about our experience. The hedge on the main road by the Firestone is getting massive and partially blocks the view as your trying to turn right from the property.

Breakfast is fine. Location was good. Helpful desk clerk. I asked for accommodation on cleaning products. I am sensitive to many. The accommodation was denied, for one thing. For another, the rug had just been cleaned and smelled strongly.

I would like a refund. My TV did not work, my phone did not work, my wifi did not work, and the shower gel fell off the wall into the tub in the middle of the night and scared me.

The scent in the room was the best and should be used countrywide. My check in was seemless and the most hospitable. The breakfast was good and all they needed was red velvet waffle batter like I had in Cape Girardeau,Missouri. It was close to many eateries, gas stations, shopping and I would recommend this location to all my friends. I’ll be back next year. Thank you Shanitra

Everything was neat & clean; plenty of bathroom supplies; the wall-mounted shower gel & shampoo; lots of drawer space; big tv. Double shades on the window for privacy & dark. Beds & pillows were great, comfy. Nice hot breakfast & comfy dining area. Attractive decor. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating staff. Great luggage carts. No noticeable traffic noise. Coffee always available in the lobby.

Superb

I spent one night at the hotel with my daughter and my little dog. The shower was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing us to recover after a long day of travel before continuing our journey the next day after a delicious breakfast. The toilet was clogged, but we were too tired to change rooms. It was my decision to stay in the room instead of requesting a different one. Everything else I needed in the room was working perfectly. We had an excellent night's sleep.

Check in & out quick and easy. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The breakfast staff did a great job keeping everything stocked!!

Only 2 yogurt flavors need MORE please. Eggs were almost gone at 8:30 and never replenished. I paid more to get breakfast in but never again. Use to be the best around. Can not understand the front desk employees.

Had to wait at the front desk to be checked in, ended up knocking on the door behind the desk to get someone to wait on me. That part wasn’t good
