I recently stayed at Fiora Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The common terrace view was amazing and the restaurant’s food was very delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very supportive. The reception team was also very welcoming and cooperative. Overall, everyone was very nice and the hospitality was impressive. Highly recommended!

Very good location , booked suite , it was quite spacious. Buffet breakfast was good. You can walk 10-15 mins to Mall road GPO. Restaurant in the hotel was also good, wash room water pressure was good. Had good view from the room. Only thing didn’t like about this hotel was quality of mattress was really poor, it is such a good hotel overall all but need to improve mattress quality so guests can take good rest.

The hotel is new hence very little wear and tear. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The executive rooms where we lived were spacious. The executive room on 9th floor view was blocked with new construction in the front. Auxiliary power i.e. generator was there but was not taking the load and was tuning off frequently. AC in one of the rooms was not working. I think these are issues which can be resolved and maybe considered as teething problems. Breakfast was available but quality needs improvement, however the TEA was good.

The only thing Murree lacks in my opinion is cleanliness However when I visit fiora I was genuinely impressed.Their rooms very nice properly clean and we'll maintained .The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.I highly recommend Fiora

Mall Road is just 5to 7 minutes walking distance from Fiora their staff is very nice and very well manner food is very delicious I suggest you to add more items in menu

Location was good and close to everything Hard floor tiles. Should be carpets. Bed linen has very bad smell Room has a rock like hard couch.
