The location is fantastic—situated on a quiet side road, yet it’s only a short walk to Mall Road and Kashmir Point. Our room offered a stunning mountain view, making the morning coffee truly special. The staff, from the front desk to room service, were incredibly helpful and professional. The room was spacious, spotless, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy throughout the cold evenings. Honestly, nothing significant. The lift was sometimes slow during peak times, but the stairs were fine for a quick trip.

I stayed at Metropole Hotel Murree and really enjoyed my time there. The atmosphere was peaceful, the service was quick, and the staff was always ready to help. Rooms were tidy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The best part is that it’s close to the main spots in Murree, so moving around was easy. A nice option for both families and solo travelers There wasn’t really anything to complain about, everything was good

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The members of staff were helpful and understanding to our needs regarding restaurant recommendations and giving directions to the top tourist areas to visit and how to get there. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times. I would come back to the hotel in my future as it made my three day holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.

Hotel was easily accessible and the location was very near to the main attractions (Mall Road, Kashmir Point, etc). The cleanness of blankets can be improved.
