Lokasyon, personel ve manzara Check in yaptığımızda odada yerde lens vardı. Tuvaletde sabun dışında herhangi başka malzeme yok. Odada kullanmak için restorandan aldığımız malzemeler ertesi gün alınmadı. Ayrıca mevsimden dolayı çok fazla sinek vardı. Kahvaltıda malzemelerin üstünün örtülmesi iyi olurdu

For 350 francs per night, I was hoping that it would be better. I understand that Mürren is a unique place, and it’s hard to get supplies there and get renovations done… but it was definitely a bit underwhelming. Partially damaged doors, cabinet door knob coming off, light bulb that was out upon arrival. Yes I guess I got the cheapest place I could find with a private bathroom, but I just want the review reader to measure their expectations for how much you will be getting for your money at this location.

The view was amazing! And very convenient to the gondola station Rooms were small and dated. Needs a makeover

The restaurant staff was not friendly or helpful, both breakfast staff and dinner staff. Bordering on rude. The carpet in the room is really really old and worn. Room was very tiny.

Across the street from the tram and the room had its own little patio outside. The staff were very friendly. No major issues

The location was great.Breakfast was nice. Sofa needed recover. Bathroom teeny tiny with teeny tiny shower. Clean room, beds and bath. Little bit of view. Stag super friendly. Recover sofa, it was stained. Carpet was tired.

Excellent location immediately next to the Mürren cable car station, which a cozy and charming property that affords lovely views of the impressive Jungfrau massif. I really enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff were also lovely and very helpful. The accommodations were a bit basic relative to the price, but everything was clean and efficient.

The hotel was easily accessible to the cable car and what we wanted to do in the area. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and have the beautiful view of the mountains right in front of us. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in giving us information about things to do.

Excellent location right next to Schilthornbanh cable car. Very nice balconies with a great view. Restaurant and breakfast space was very warm and welcoming as well. They also have a cat named Pampers who greets guests. Rooms are slightly small but you spend all your time enjoying the beautiful mountains anyway!

The views from the room are good but that’s honestly true about any room in any hotel in murren For the cost they had no facilities at all. The bathroom was basic with just a tiny standing shower. The whole experience felt very very basic.

Excellent location, beautiful view of majestic mountains. Accommodation, very comfortable the only thing I wasn’t very happy about the shower stall was small, I managed it but this is a minor issue. Breakfast was very good and the staff very courteous special Jacky. We also had our dinner at the hotel, very good selection with large portions For me it was a little too much but delicious. I will stay again if I plan for another trip to Murren. Avery thing was good.

The staff was so friendly - absolutely stunning views from breakfast, attached restaurant, and our balcony, right near the gondola, and very nice room. Good breakfast.
