Rooms and location Breakfast could use a bit more variety. No coffee or tea in rooms.

Absolutely wonderful 3-bedroom apartment (also with a kitchen and living room) allowed plenty of room for my family of 4; delicious and varied breakfast; very friendly staff at reception and breakfast; great balcony views; scenery cannot be beat Nothing

Loved the breakfast spread and the views of the mountains from the dining room. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful and made us feel really welcome.

We were picked up at the cable car. Our luggage was transported. This was an big ass asset as there were 11 of us.

It would be convenient to have a kettle (electric water heater) in the room. Otherwise, I did not have any complaints.

Loved the location and atmosphere. The hotel was really cute and the breakfast was delicious. The guy at the front desk was nice enough but his persona came across as a little rude however other than the smallness of the showers and the hotness of the rooms (no AC) it was pretty nice! The windows do open but then you let in all the bugs and get bit so it’s your choice.

The location, staff, restaurant, the room, all of it was terrific! Really wish we could have stayed longer.

Room was great, bathroom and facilities were all solid. Breakfast was wonderful too. Staff are all really kind. Mini fridge in the bedroom would have been great

We had a balcony with a great view of the mountains. We could see & hear the cow bells from our room. It was very nice to be able to open both the door & window for air flow. The beds were firm & comfortable. I was able to request an additional pillow. Check in was very easy & the staff were all very nice. Breakfast was VERY good, and the girl who was working the breakfast was so sweet. She brought us coffee and it was delicious. The hotel is a little older & in some ways it shows. The extra blankets were very scratchy. It was a little hard to find an extra outlet, but we managed. The bathroom mirror was hung very high, which isn't a problem, unless you are short, like me.

Breakfast was very good. The views from our apartment were exceptional.

We had a comfortable room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. The included breakfast was great and staff were always helpful and pleasant.

We enjoyed the breakfast and gondola bar on site. Our room was also very comfortable for us. The room size was a tad small but was not a big concern

Location- A little off-central but easy access to Coop and stations. The funicular to Allmendhubel is just a few steps away. Staff - Very helpful and friendly staff. They give you a guest card which has free access to the swimming pool. Room - Assigned a room with peaceful view of the Allmendhubel side. Comfy bed. Cleaned/checked everyday. Breakfast - Included in my plan. Delicious and amazing selection! This is the most memorable part of my day. Coming in early, I can get the window seat and have the mountain views greet me every morning! Restaurant - There is a restaurant attached, but I wasn't able to try. None

Our room was perfect. On the corner with a view out both windows. What is there not to like! It was beautiful and excellent staff.

The manager should be control his team. Celine, Paolo, Marian & Anastasia (sorry I know I got the spellings wrong) were incredibly caring and helpful with any request and suggestions of what they loved to see in the area. The staff really added to the enjoyment of my trip.
