The place was super comfy felt like am staying in my own home honestly. The front office staff was soo nice and friendly welcoming me with a big smile i had a really nice stay and will come back again❤️

Quietness Tv was not working despite trying to fix it, The water in the bathroom was standing still and not flowing toward the drain etc..

WiFi was slow at times, parking can be limited if the hotel is busy.

Pool is still under progress and to come soon.

Honestly, the staff were very kind and welcoming, especially Sarath. His attitude and service were excellent.

Comfortable bed, reasonably appointed room and shower. Windows do not keep the noise out. Breakfast is just adequate. Hot water pressure varies leading to hot and cold showers

There was only one person with the luggage, and when I spoke to one of them, his manner was inappropriate. The bags were at reception for over 20 minutes, and when I arrived, I saw some bags on the floor that hadn't been taken into the room. The person wasn't Omani.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The stay was smooth with no issues at all. Highly recommended.

They didn’t maintain the daily housekeeping for long stay, they didn’t provide check out lagged support, the room service is very poor as they did not respond to room services.
