Always there is a problem in air-conditioning inside the room and they refused to give you another room an staid

We liked following: - Short distance from the airport. We used it for an overnight stay and it was just fine for the purpose. - Nice pool on the roof, we spent part of the morning there before the flight and was relaxing. - Beds are large and comfy. Hotel needs more maintenance: - Even though it was clean, it didn't feel like it, because furniture and some amenities were very used, which decreased the comfort by a lot. - We arrived late and wanted to go to sleep. But we were missing few towels and a pillow, so we asked them right away at the reception. However it took them almost an hour and one more reminder to bring it to the room. - Similar thing happened in the morning - we wanted to go to the pool, so we asked for towels in the pool area, but it took them about half an hour just to get a couple of towels upstairs. - Even thought the bath had a curtain, the water got everywhere during showering. - Breakfast was pretty expensive, so we just went outside to get some food in the morning.

The location and the swimming pool was so great but we loved the staff there are very lovely especially the ones in reception.

It was only a walk to the park and beach, it was very good value for the price, it was clean and comfortable with plenty of room and a desk in the bedroom. The pool was lovely and so was the breakfast- plenty to choose from even though the choices were apparently reduced due to Ramadan and therefore fewer guests in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the exercise machines in the gym require attention
