Somebody invaded into my room at midnight but hotel just blame him and me saying why you didn’t ask hotel and front for help but it is so hilarious thing once you visit there. They didn’t make any refund and emergency plan. Please please go other hotel ladies.

Excellent desk staff!!! Amazing food at Indian restaurant attached to hotel. The price was reasonable. Was given apartment but I would have preferred room. Clean everything. Five minute, cheap taxi to Muttrah. Good AC/fans, comfortable bed. All was good! It is an old building. I don’t know, as a solo female, I was a little uncomfortable. If I had travel mate, it would have been excellent room for the price. No place to walk.

Perfect, big and spacious room with kitchen, separate bedroom and everything was fine, clean, and cozy. Staff was really helpful, they even waited for us personally very early in the morning and greeted us. Good location (near the Old Town), everything else was easy to reach by taxi.

The bathroom might need some refurbishment. The shower area should be more isolated with a panel or curtain.

Being in main road coming in, into Muscat, the staff were very nice, helpful they all try to make you feel welcome, the gentleman in the main desk as always attentive It's a little ways from almost everything, but if you have a car you can go anywhere easy from here and they have parking space which free of charge

bus route to Mutrah Staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful, as let me check into my room early in the morning, and also gave me additional late check out. Bed was comfy. Good size apartment Great A/C! Close to bus, supermarket and excellent Cochin restaurant with best mango smoothie! Would have been good to have had more than 1 English TV station. A couple of mugs in the kitchen would have been useful. A shower screen in the bathroom would prevent the floor getting wet whilst showing. A hair dryer might be an added bonus.

Location great - not a tourist area, but good shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to main attractions of Muscat, some (eg Mutrah) even walkable all good

A very nice hotel for our family of five with three kids. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant attached to the hotel is amazing quality Indian food. We were even able to arrange Indian breakfast brought to our rooms in the morning. The room itself was very clean, though the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, are a bit dated. The location is within a 5-8 minute cab ride to the old part of Muscat. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and the entire staff is extremely attentive and helpful.

Everything is perfect! The apartment was massive with a nice kitchen, large bathroom and very comfy beds. There is also private parking which is very handy and the staff are lovely. Great value for money and close to Muttrah corniche and a large and fantastic Lulu hypermarket. The only suggestion I have is to add a curtain to the shower to avoid the WC and bathroom floor getting wet. Nothing else to add!

Excellent location, next to bus number 4 stop to Mutrah and Ruwi Bus Station. Excellent indian restaurant next door. Grocery stores and supermarkets very close too. Kind personnel. Affordable. Clean little apartment with kitchen. What else can somebody ask?
