Very old rooms , linen and furnishings

Gym, you will find a big variety of devices. There is a fridge in the rooms. Clean rooms. Safe bix available also. You will get what you paid for " great value for money " Comfortable beds. Supermarket and restaurants available around (7 minutes of walking ) Going to visit again.... Water tap is a bit tricky to adjust the temperature. A tip : in gulf countries the cold water tap always provide hot/warm water because of the heat outside. (Street view rooms ) Its a little bit noisy from outside because of the nearby highway , but it didn't bother me at all . Walking to the bus station is a bit hard because of the heat outside although its just 7 minutes of walking .

Ambients is good Lobby and restaurant is good
-
They have nice lobby, restaurant It is far away from all popular locations of the city so if you don’t have your own car it is difficult to reach them. Next to the hotel it is one of the main highways of the capital so expect more sound.

Not clean
-
It was close to the Ruwi bus terminal and the hyper market. There were areas of disrepair in the hotel. I saw a hallway with plaster from the ceiling that had collapsed. The old girl is in need of some attention.

It takes too long when you need extra facilities like toilet paper (more than 6 hours). The coffee machine of the restaurant was not properly used (no coffee was added, only water)
-
It was realy costs than its price Very comfort bed Large rooms Good pressure and hot water, nice and clean pool Very clean rooms And nice reseption Breakfast timing perfect, Bathtub was good also Good vibe in lobby

Well the hot water didnt work properly. After the shower starts it took a long time for hot water to start.
-
People, Location Hot water is not hot enough in evenings
-
The towel quality was very poor, and there were no bathrobes provided in the Deluxe Suite, which was disappointing.
-
Old utilities and clearly not upgraded as per current requirements , I can simply say even for hot water I struggled

I stayed for three nights in the so called VIP floor on the sixth floor, and I had booked the most expensive room in the hotel. Despite this, the condition of the room was extremely poor and far below any acceptable standard. The room was old and clearly not renovated. The bedding was worn out, the floor was in bad condition, and the walls were old and neglected. The bathroom was in very poor shape, hot water was unreliable, and towels were either old or not properly provided. Breakfast lacked variety and the quality was very poor. I paid nearly 300 USD for this stay, and the experience was shocking. The pricing does not match the service, the facilities, or the actual condition of the rooms. The three star classification and the VIP designation are misleading. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
