Very good breakfast.Hotel staff are so accommodating despite being mostly males. Wi-fi was excellent. Beddings didn’t smell well. Hotel lobby needs to improve its ambience and smell.

Excellent service, comfortable and clean rooms, and great amenities. The pool area and breakfast were wonderful additions to the stay. Nothing significant—everything went smoothly during my visit.

Food Facilities Staff Location There was no shower cabin. Only bathtub. There must be a shower cabin considering senior citizens may have issues jumping on and off the bathtub. Not a problem for me but if I visit Muscat with my parents, I will discard Sheraton for this reason.

The location is excellent if you want to be near the city corniche and old spuq and breakfast was amazing. Well done.

The hotel was clean and classy, the room was large and comforable with all amenities provided and daily cleaning the blinds in our room were not able to be lowered so the sun came in , waking us up early, the bathtub had some marks in it, food was quite pricey

Staff was stellar. Everyone I interacted with was so helpful and polite. Room was large and clean. Fitness room was amazing. Will def be back A little tricky to get to but pretty minor once you get there once or twice-I had a rental car so no issue if you were in a taxi.

Location Customer service at the reception meet and greet not good , did not explain about the room , buffet breakfast mostly Indian style, should mix more menus

The staff were super friendly. The services were fine. Location was close to our needs (Business trip) The cleanliness. We had to request to change our room because there were used cups, half filled mugs, dirty towels, Dirty toilet and spiders. The staff were friendly and they apologized and offered us free breakfast throughout our stay

The service was top-notch, really appreciated the entire staff's responsiveness and willingness to help. A special shoutout to Rajesh at breakfast, he was always so accommodating for our whole family!

The room and most of the staff was amazing. The food was outstanding. 2 separate reservations, one for Jan 23-25 for 1 person/1 King ; and one for Jan 25-26 for 2 people/2 beds. When the 2nd reservation was mistakenly cancelled the staff did not let me make a new one. Even though rooms were available. They would only add a night to my first reservation (1 person KING). We needed two beds as my roommate for a Gate 1 Tour was arriving on the 25th. Again and again I asked, confirmed rooms were available, and the staff member refused to make the 2nd reservation. I needed 2 beds for 2 people. Extremely frustrating and disrespectful.

Location is not ideal, nothing is in walking distance and you have to take a taxi or go by car everywhere.

The hotel reception group were very pleasant and helpful as well as prompt to provide information and services Made a huge difference in terms of my stay as I was traveling solo and appreciated the extra support
