Excellent service by Saruf, Sandeep, Paresh from the Restaurant and Room Service where as Suresh for Concierge. The hotel didn't gibe us extentions till 4 PM for checkout, which we had requested. We had to Pay OMR 10 for additional 3 hours.

Accommodating with helpful staff, the Bell boy is able to assist me from the time i checked in to Checkout, Unload and load all my bags and boxes in the car Suggestions. Have a bit more English breakfast and a bit more selection of sweets, but moreover food is nice with nice service.

We had an overall comfortable stay at Golden Tulip Muscat. The rooms were comfortable and met our expectations for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the very good food selection — plenty of options and good quality, which we really enjoyed. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of throughout our time there. Free Parking a added bonus The service was a bit slow at times. Check-in and check-out took longer than expected, room cleaning was done quite late in the day (around 4 PM), and the towels provided were not completely clean, which could definitely be improved.

I liked the room. Staffs are helpful. Facilities are clean. The shower could be better as it is quite hard to get the right temperature.

location was very good staff friendly and receptionist very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. I don't have any complain about the property . i enjoyed a lot as i recall my old memories in this area.
