Food and staff behavior Parking is not reserved for the hotel guests, it’s difficult to find the palace in that area, hotel must reserve the parking for guests.

Nothing This is the most horrible accomodation I ever booked. The AC was not working, there was no water in the shower, one bathroom had no light. The host did not do anything to resolve the issue. We could not stay in the accomodation second night due to this. The host is very slow in response.

So toilets were not very clean, equipment in washroom old and stinky, soap and shampoo were brought on second day. Behavior of reception staff, the phone in rooms was not working, asked to change my room but very rudely rejected.

Pleasant hotel within walking distance of Mutrah Souq and the coastline (about 30 min. on foot). Parking available on the hotel premises. Helpful staff. European-style poor breakfast with a small selection; we recommend improving and including local dishes.

It's closer to Mutrah (old Muscat) and also to Ruwi Bus Stop than most of accomodation of the same type, the room is big, staff is nice and you can pay on arrival. -

Loved the location - it’s not in the most fancy/expensive part of Muscat but in my opinion Hotel Mutrah area is way better as it is walkable by foot without having to cross major highways. Many nice restaurants and the souq were just a walk away (1-2 km). The room was also super spacious and comfortable with beautiful windows and a nice view to the city and cliffs. There was a bar next to the hotel and the music was quite loud late at night. The good thing is that it sounded like awesome party music! This hotel is also not very new - maybe some might find it a con, but I personally didn’t.

I didn't like that some nights music pounds out of a bar and even though we were on the 3rd floor I still had to wear ear plugs
