Naseem Hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The property is in a good location right on the waterfront and close to the action of the souk. The breakfast came with free coffee drinks which was great. Parking was a bit of an issue. We mistakenly parked in the back lot overnight and got a ticket. Maybe we should have asked for a pass?

An absolute gem! I could not have been happier with my 4 day stay. From the warm welcome at check in through to check out, service, breakfasts and room comfort were perfect. And I had no idea just how central and convenient my hotel was to everything I wished to see and experience. A truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend Geoff— Ontario Canada. I have no complaints but I do suggest you give option to use towels for more than one day. I almost felt embarrassed having my towels changed everyday after a single use. Save the environment and your costs. But this is not a complaint just a suggestion.

The location of the Naseem Hotel is brilliant - with lots of things to see in walking distance. The room was an okay size and very clean, as was the bathroom. We had a parking query on arrival and the lady was really helpful, coming out to make sure we weren't going to get a ticket. Overall a pleasant stay. The room was a little plain (a bit corporate) without much character, hotel is a bit tired. After booking we received several WhatsApp messages requesting further details/banking information claiming to be this hotel but from different numbers - easy to ignore but did make me wonder who my contact details were shared with.

great location, allowing access on public transportation from the airport, plus walking distance to everything the drain in the shower was clogged. the phone in the room was broken, so I couldn’t contact front desk without physically going downstairs

Clean sheets and room! Excellent and helpful desk staff. So comfortable bed and room. Good AC. Good location. Loved it here! The price was a little above my budget but I paid for the comfort and safety!

Great location. Friendly staff. Good room. Thanks for a good stay. Slight lack of communication. You have to pay for parking out front or you get fined. Was not notified this was the case when we arrived so ended up getting a parking fine.

The location is in Muttrah, so you have perfect access to short walks along the Muttrah Corniche. If you want to immerse yourself in the experience of Old Oman, this hotel is an ideal base. Restaurants are everywhere—left and right—and cafés and ice-cream shops are just below the hotel. Souvenir shops in the Muttrah Souq are also within walking distance. Don’t expect too much from the hotel; it’s a basic option for travelers, not a luxury one. On peak days (such as Friday and Saturday), getting a nearby parking space can be challenging. Although parking is free on those days, it’s still difficult because the area is very busy on weekends. There is no valet service. If you park on the right side (Corniche side), you’ll need to walk through an alley to reach the hotel—about 50 steps away. Meanwhile, parking on the left side (Mosque side) is slightly closer, around 30 steps away.

location, location, convenience to souq, across the corniche, allowed early check in was a bonus all seem fair for the price

Restaurants nearby aren't good, and the market is too touristy and not local. Parking wasn't great.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing staff and very thoughtful to the customers needs. Room comfortable and very clean. Great location. Would go back without hesitation. The service was like a 5* hotel. Shower floor a little slippy so be careful. I emailed twice about organizing airport transfer / how best to get to the hotel before arriving but did not receive an answer. I made my own way in the end. Considering how fantastic the staff are when you are there, I don´t know exactly what happened.

Perfect location in the heart of Muttrah. So close to the souk, the fort, cafés and the fishing market. Not mentionning the taxi station in the front of the hotel (that's a big plus for travellers).Definitely a good place to have a local experience in Muscate. My favorite moment of the day during my stay : watching sunrise and sunset from my room which had stunning views on the sea and the corniche Promenade.

Good value for money simple hotel. The only problem was that there was no carpet in the bathroom. Excellent location.
