it was just about ok staff front desk he did,nt want to be there not helpful at all shocking bad at best this is 3* make sure you have plent of sun block as there ie no shade (owners vision) if you ask me this is mad i would not stay here again no chance Pools never cleaned once while we stayed

I loved everything that was on that place, starting from the staff who welcomed me in the best ways possible and made me feel so comfortable that I didn’t have anything to complain about. Continuing with breakfast and any kind of meal, they were excellent and sooo delicious! My space where I was staying was amazing. Its interior design was shocking so luxurious and eye catching, it was cured even on the smallest detalis also it was very comfortable I liked everything on that place.

Spacious room, good view. The hotel is located in an inconvenient place, basically in the middle of nowhere, the breakfast was very average and it sometimes smelled weirdly near the hotel.

Very nice hotel our room was beautiful. The room was super clean and there was a very nice smell of freshness. Breakfast is great with many choices and there were also many vegan options for us. We were so full from breakfast that we didn't want to have luch. The staff were friendly and the location is good! We really enjoyed our stay. It's value for money. Highly recommended

Amazing style and amazing view.

We loved the hotel! It's architecture is great very sophisticated with accurate photos and even better as you step inside!!! The staff were super kind, helpful and they were always ready to assist in everything we needed. We booked a room with both sea view and pool view and we really enjoyed taking our breakfast at the veranda with this amazing and unlimited sea view. The room was clean and tidy. There is excellent quality of food at the restaurant at good prices and it is really value for money (we celebrated my boyfriend's 28th birthday with seafood and lobster pasta). The chef also prepared a custom made birthday cake! Our only problem was that the island was too windy and that there were very few taxis on the island that we couldn't find availability and we had to take private transfers. Generally we are very satisfied for our choice. We recommend this hotel.

Sewerage and plumbing issues in the bathroom although the room costs 700€ a night! Everything else was pretty good!

Very beautiful, clean, staff were very helpful, quiet location, not too far from everything, easy accessible. The restaurant and bar prices were quite high compared to the prices elsewhere, especially as the quality was not the same as the restaurants and bars in the city.

Staff in the bar were nice I wanted to rate ZERO but not possible 3star hotel service - nothing is 5 star about this hotel In middle of no where , NOTHING exists in walking distance You need expensive transport to go around to even find a restaurant to eat! Their restaurant was s VERY basic They don’t even offer umbrella around pool ! ( go figure!!!) The owner is a liar and manipulative person- the moment I arrived I didn’t like the property and I wanted to get out and I told the owner right away First she said she has problem with booking.com if I leave which was a lie then she refused to answer the booking customer service and then she wrote a message to me accusing me of lying to booking.com for telling the truth and my desire to shorten my stay. She trashes everyone who writes truth about the scam that they are running with their hotel (READ bad reviews) I didn’t complete my stay of 5 nights , left after only two nights and she refused to refund me . What an absolute shameful scammers and disgrace to the Greek culture At the end the reception shouted at me for asking to have my bill of stay after two nights . I stayed in another 5 star hotel for remaining 3 nights , 6 min walk to the old town , and paid way less and was treated like a QUEEN. Don’t waste your money on this absolute shit hole

The location, the view, the design, the warm welcome

Amazing view, clean, relaxing environment, nice design, friendly staff. Owner was very friendly. We were upgraded into a room with pool which was a nice gesture. The hotel is over rated. i believe due to limited number of guests rated the hotel as the Hotel is still new. New hotel with limited facilities. Food services is very limited. limited choice of breakfast. Extra 20 Euros per person if you order food to the room!! ( Occasionally difficult to have the food in the open area around the pool when it is so windy ). Staff are not well oriented with the activities and places around the area. They have limited experience. The room with pool that we had was nice but unfortunately the water is noisy during the nights of heavy winds as the room pool water starts from the room ( Mykonos is the windy island ). location is far from the down town ( 20 minutes by car, knowing that transportation is expensive ).

The property was beautiful but no point in looking beautiful if everything else is horrendous - Raw food - No service - No English to communicate - Staff linger around you - Very very slow paced with everything - Unable to even make simple beverages - Extra services for example the beauty room still in progress so falsely advertised - Intimidating - Threatening - Absolute nightmare

Every thing Location far from center

Excellent staff can do everything for you, immediate action on any requested. Excellent quality of room design and luxury materials. The place has amazing pools and is very quiet. Brand new, Perfect to relax!!! I recommend you the Turkish-bath in the spa and the breakfast. Breakfast is great and with many options both from Greek and international cuisine. We will definitely come back.

The breakfast was really amazing, we choose breakfast included rate, everything was a la Carte and the food was great with many options. The the restaurant's service was great and above our expectations . The room is very clean and luxurious. The staff of the hotel was very helpful!!!! Thank you for the amazing decorations of our honeymoon Room. You made our stay memorable!!!

The design of the hotel Breakfast start at 9 :( Breakfast cost 35 euros per person for nothing . You can eat better outside for 10 euros
