We had our own private courtyard with a large infinity pool. The view was as amazingly panoramic of the Aegean Sea. Kind of daunting, treacherous driveway down to the property. Recommend getting their expert driver to pick you up at the ferry dock and take you to the property.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their level of service and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciated how accommodating they were throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back! breakfast itself was the same every day and didn’t offer much variety. It would have been nice to have more options or even a buffet. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was perfect! The room is updated, clean, comfortable, and has an amazing view. We had our own private pool and spent many lovely afternoons relaxing there. We started each morning with a delicious, included poolside breakfast overlooking the Infinity edge pool. It’s a short (less than 10 minutes) walk to the beach which involves 2 lifts. In addition to our private pool, we had access to 2 additional pools. There are several restaurants near the beach as well as a small market. A taxi to town costs 10€ each way. It’s supposed to be walkable, but we did not attempt it as the roads do not have much room for walking. The staff were very friendly. We would 100% stay at this hotel again. A trash can in the common area would have been nice - that’s literally the only negative thing I can come up with :)

The staff was incredibly friendly and the property couldn’t have been nicer! Ios has a reputation for being a “party island” but it ended up being the most relaxing & restful stop on our journey mainly because we didn’t want to leave our room! The patio & pool were huge, it felt like a villa more so than a hotel room. It was super close to the beach & the elevator made it extremely accessible. I miss waking up to the Aegean views and laying on the daybed, taking intermittent dips into the pool. It was a lovely time and everyone was very warm!

We had a beautiful pool unit at the edge of the property that was very private, and we appreciated that the lounging bed was in the partial/shade most of the day. Breakfast was delivered to our room daily. Plenty of decent restaurants within walking distance--we ate at Salt several times. Small, well-equipped gym. There are lots of stairs on this property in spite of the fact there are some elevators. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. Staff was lovely and very helpful. The gym is filthy. Dried sweat on machines and very hot. The AC unit seems to only run if someone uses it, so consequently you need to allow for time for room to cool down. Also, breakfast eggs were always cold by the time we received them. I gave up and just ordered them hard-boiled and ate yogurt.

The room was amazing. The pool was perfect and we had a beautiful view. It was very peaceful, exactly what we wanted. The room was constantly air-conditioned and was great to escape from the heat outside. It was beautifully laid out. The breakfast in the morning was cold by the time it got it us. Could do with using something over it to keep it hot. Wish the wine glasses weren't black, hard to keep the wine cool.

The room was in a really good condition. Staff were very friendly and attentive the view was also amazing Not a lot going around in the area to do other than water sports

I almost don’t want to write this as I’d love to keep this beautiful property a hidden secret, we’ve travelled wide and far and this is by far the nicest, most comfortable and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed. Could not fault a single thing. They had a family of kittens who were absolutely adorable, can’t wait to see them all again next year! Nothing at all. The best two things about Ios grand suites are firstly their staff, they can not do enough to help you and make your stay as luxury and comfortable as possible. Secondly, the villas and their view. Absolutely spectacular. Will be repeat customers for years to come, we can’t wait to return again!

Location, views, our own private pool, friendly and helpful staff especially front desk, shuttle service on arrival to and from hotel, the breakfast in our suite was a treat and lots to choose from. Also hotel breakfast buffet was great. Some little things like- - we received shower gel on day of arrival and never again - we didn’t receive water every day - didn’t always feel clean, on second last day our bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned at all. Counter was exactly as we left it.
