The best hotel in town!!! best location best view and best people there!! me and y husband we had the best hospitality experience ever there!! the hotel location is the best , all walkable distance from it and bus station is sooooo close to it like 1 min walk and teh view and the beach around and restaurant omg just TOP!! all the staff including Veronika were so helpful and amazing honestly this is the best place to stay in IOS. NOTHING

Everything was just perfect!!The location is unbelievable with a fantastic Seaview & the staff were very welcoming, especially Matina & Dimitri …we even received a complimentary upgrade to the IOS Grand Suites ..10/10 AMAZING !!?? Nothing !!

It can be a long trek up to some of the sea view rooms. It would be nice to have somewhere to get pool towels by the upper pool also.

Great location next to the beach. The pool was wonderful. The staff was nice and helpful. Had a great couple's massage. Was able to arrange a transfer from the port to the hotel without any problem. The room was clean, and the hotel supplied toiletries and bottled water on a daily basis. The view from the room was gorgeous. The daily breakfast was delicious. 10/10 will return. Small elevator, and you do have to walk up some steps. The hotel is also located sort of on a hill which is steep, so wear the proper and comfy shoes!

Beautiful location close to beach and panoramic views of sea from the pools. Staff were attentive & helpful The pictures online didn’t match the pictures of actual rooms. The rooms could definitely use some updating.

Best hotel in this part of town by far. Ios Palace hotel has the best direct access to the beach and pretty much every room is ocean view. This was my 23rd visit to IOS and I have stayed over 6 times in this hotel and always enjoyed my stay. We were a large group and there was no problem with finding breakfast seating or pool beds for our group. Btw breakfast is always great with lots of different options and fresh. Staff is friendly and always welcoming. I wish the pool in the room was slightly heated as it’s almost impossible to swim in it because it’s cold and the pool doesn’t get enough sun. Ride from the port to the hotel and back is pretty pricey especially if you are in a big group. I remember the days they will pick you up for free?.

The property is ideally located near the beach, great restaurants and fun shopping. Also only a short distance to the main town. The property itself is beautifully landscaped, very clean and the room was lovely. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. Nothing!

The location and view was amazing. So easy and so close to the beach and all the restaurants. Also best breakfast we had our entire trip. Kids loved the cute cats everywhere. Staff were lovely . We had a leaking aircon that took a long time to fix

We had a wonderful stay at the Ios Palace. Have wanted to stay here for such a long time and we finally made it! The location is great with beautiful views overlooking Mylopota beach. The staff were brilliant, especially at Reception, and went above and beyond to help. We had the best Pina Colada we've ever had in Greece and the breakfast was fantastic too with lovely views from the restaurant. Would absolutely recommend staying here and can't wait to stay again. Thanks so much to everyone at Ios Palace for looking after us. We'll be back! Nothing
