Everything was ok. The TV wouldn’t go off though. We kept turning off and it would come back on.

They failed to communicate in advance that the hotel was under construction because a guest flooded out the 3rd floor. I dropped my AirPod on the floor between the night stand and bed and there was soooooo much dust piled on the wall and bed board. There was hair inside my sheets at the foot of the bed. Luckily, I was there one night but the sight of that made me gag because I didn’t see it until I was literally packing to leave. Breakfast only meat option was pork sausage.

My room very clean and staff very polite. The breakfast was okay. The breakfast needed have different choice daily.

Original room would not lock and ceilings had water damage and were flaking and crumbling. Great staff moved me to the upper floor and it was like being in a completely different hotel.

It was a lot going on in this hotel. The hotel smelled like urine. When I arrived the guy at the desk was so aggravated that I had to step away to allow him time to decompress. I was charged more once I checked in & was told they could not assist with correcting the issue. The floors in the room had my feet so dirty. The sheets smelled like pee. There was a roach crawling in the room. The WiFi didn't work and we asked for a solution several times and they kept saying they they were going to send someone but never did. I made it through the week ok. But I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else

The stay was good but the rooms could have been cleaned deeper.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was great. Loved the mini golf course right across the street and it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach

The breakfast was fine, but they needed to cook those sausages longer.

The hotel was ok. Bed was a little hard and a lot of noisy dogs. Bathroom was small and outdated. Customer service was good. Looks like a converted motel into a modern hotel. Close proximity to the beach.

There was a flood there! due to a person hanging something on the alarm in the room ! The water sprinkled went off in most rooms and flooded the first floor, second floor and third floor floors. I wasn’t given an option to be put in another nearby hotel. I had to spend additional funds to secure a room. I am still waiting for my refund to be put back on my card. I heard others customers complaining about this hotel. Some rooms was not cleaned! I ceas not pleased with the hospitality at all.

The property was good and clean. I just believe they should pull trash and give clean towels. They should make sure someone answers the phone when guests calls.

The stay was okay for all of 24hrs. I had to leave the 2nd day after the sprinklers went off due to another guest’s mistake. 3 of 4 floors were flooded in the front of the hotel, causing the first floor’s ceiling plates to implode. As a result of this incident, it was no longer safe for my family and I to remain at this hotel and we had to relocate immediately. I’m currently waiting for a refund for the 2/3 days I was supposed to be staying.

common areas and elevator floors were visually dirty, both beds were sunk down in the middle, sheets were pilling. My first key wouldn’t work, had to have 2 different times someone from the desk to see to it. Breakfast was mediocre - opted for instant oatmeal and yogurt after seeing the hot selections.

Staff was good, Breakfast was great out door pool was good the only thing was the bed was uncomfortable on one side.
