Clean the room better. My child’s feet were really dirty barely walking on the floor. The sheets had dark brown stains on them. We had to cancel immediately our stay to go somewhere else. Only pro was the beach access

It was a great that it was near beach. The rooms we decent size. The pool was okay but wasn't cleaned. No staff was near if we had any problems. We didn't have enough towels. The pillow sheets were stained. Our shower curtain kept falling down while taking a shower

That is was close to the beach Hello, I’m reaching out regarding our stay. I reserved and paid for this room for three guests for Friday and Saturday night, with checkout scheduled for Sunday. However, because of the condition of the room, we are leaving early today, Saturday, around 4:00 PM and will not be staying Saturday night. When we arrived, there were only two washcloths and four towels for three guests, and there were no blankets or comforters on the beds. The refrigerator is also not working. More importantly, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There is visible mold on the shower curtain and in the bathtub, along with long black hair left in the bathtub from a previous guest. None of us have long black hair—I am traveling with my two boys, and my hair is light brown—so this clearly was not ours. I paid for a clean and sanitary room with working amenities, and unfortunately that is not what we received. The mold and apparent lack of proper cleaning are especially concerning, and the condition of the room is the reason we have decided to cut our trip short and leave a full day early. Because we are unable to comfortably continue our stay due to these conditions, I am requesting a full refund for the reservation. At the very minimum, I expect Saturday night's charge to be refunded since we are leaving early specifically because of these issues. I have photos/documentation of the room's condition if needed. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this and process the refund. Thank you.

Location was good No toilet paper, not even a holder for it, no trash can in the bathroom.Mold in a shower, dust with cobweb all over the only 2 lamps there.

There is no staff on site. If you need anything you have to message them and wait for someone to reply.

The property has gone down hill since I have stayed a couple of years ago. No blankets just sheets for covers. The doors were hard to close.

everything was what you’d expect from a motel next to myrtle beach. i would def recommend coming here.

The room was plenty big. The location was great. There was sand everywhere and the floors had not been mopped in a long while. Our socks were black from just a short time in the room. The room needed a couple of chairs to sit in. The pool area needed to be cleaned including the pool its self.

The lack of a onsite staff was unique but did not hinder our stay.

I only like that we were on the ocean. The hotel/motel needs many upgrades! WiFi buffered the whole time we tried to watch tv. Old and bedding.

Couldn’t get into the room because of the wrong code and they don’t answer the phone to help with anything. We were stuck there with no one to help us

close proximity to the beach. and a small playground across the parking lot. easy to get in and out. and everything is online. no hassle and no one to deal with.

Nothing Hookers in the parking lot, a man smoking Crack by the stair, The rooms where filthy, pee stains and pubic hair on the sheets. We did not feel safe here and refused to stay. No actual staff on site and when you call the number for the hotel it just goes to voice mail and they will not return your call. We refused to stay here and ended up staying at a different hotel

On the beach. Parking was tough. So many people who didn’t have rooms there took up the parking. Pool was dirty. Room doors didn’t have a tight seal across the bottom.
