A $60 surprised charge was added. Going to the stage show around the building, the sidewalk steps going down to the front sidewalk had no railing so when I came back from the stage show, I fell going up the steps on my operated knee . Thought about calling 911 then a Layer

The next morning I spoke with the front desk and asked for a refund. The worker at the front desk said he was unable to provide a refund, as the booking was with Expedia. I contacted Expedia, who said they were unable to contact the hotel and refused to give a refund. Basically, I am out of $232 for a room with no AC. Needless to say, I will not stay at this hotel again. Also, I have cancelled all future bookings with Expedia and will not use them in the future.

If you go here it's nice but the website is miss leading with photos. You see the big beach hotel overlooking the waters but the St.Johns hotel is across the street no beach view. But a nice pool view. It was okay
