Goti' Hotel

There was nothing not to like. The hotel is perfectly situated and the service all round was excellent. The breakfast in all it's variety was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, and the staff were exceptional. At the reception, Ms. Sara and Catherine were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. It was truly a great experience. I also won’t forget the restaurant — it was very beautiful, and the dining experience was unique. Ms. Rosy and Alexandra provided outstanding service. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect

My room had a window in the bathroom that looked into the room itself. the problem wasnt the window but the fact that the moisture from the shower made the wall a bit moist and messed with the paint.

Everything. The hotel was exceptional Car parking was chargeable which unfair as surrounding hotels if you were a guest parking was free.

I have been a number of times to Goti hotel and it is always good. Breakfast is excellent and this year a huge improvement on the evening meal. Thank you. My room 308 was not the quietest. The first night the extractor fan in the bathroom was on all night. I managed to get someone to switch it off the next day and the silence was delightful. However, room 308 is just under the kitchen extractor fan chimney! From about 6.00am in the morning until 11.00pm at night it is on constantly. Sunday evening was bliss as there was no evening meal available so the kitchen was closed; therefore no noisy extractor fan. Solution is to not have a room near this in the future. My list of requirements will go in ahead of my next visit! The room was rather small. I am glad I was alone but I do expect more space around the bed when I book a double room. My last two visits in years gone by I have had a more spacious room. However, I do enjoy your hotel and the staff are professional and helpful.

Room and ambience around the hotel was lovely. Great decor - very relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, and we ate at the restautrant once which was delicious. Shame the hot water system broke down on our last morning meaning we couldn't shower before we departed and ahead of our travels. Appreciated the complimenary breakfast though, thank you.

Nice staff, the hotel room was very comfortable and we had a very nice hotel room with a bathtub. Only problem was that we couldn't lower the blinds and we heard the cars noise from our room in the first floor (so bad sound isolation)

The location was excellent, the hotel's restaurant was of very high quality, we were spoiled for choice at breakfast and most importantly, the staff were so hospitable! They even threw a little surprise for my mum's birthday with a bottle of wine and a complimentary spa day! Also, we had a balcony with a gorgeous, gorgeous view! It was an excellent stay and I'd be looking to return here most definitely. Thank you GoTi! There is nothing not to like!

Ohhh where to start; GoTi Hotel will be our fixed choice when we visit Italy. The staff are amazing, friendly and supportive. Breakfast was very delicious with the real Italian coffee choices.

This is a little gem of a hotel, nestled just outside the main town, it is a lovely quiet location, with views to the mountains from my room, some have lake views, but it is not directly on the lake. It has a small but good parking facility, and free parking nearby. The very professional and welcoming staff are a massive asset. The rooms are modern and spacious, with a great bathroom, and shower facility. Bed is really comfortable and has ample, good pillows to ensure you get the rest you need. The breakfast buffet is expansive,and definitely caters for those with a sweet tooth, the pastries on offer are incredible. I also ate twice in the restaurant in the evening, and again the quality and presentation of the food was superb. The hotel also has a small spa (sauna, steam room, spa bath, aromatic shower, and relaxation room), which I made use of for my stay. The access is restricted to only a few people per session (1.5 hrs) so you can truly relax and recuperate from your day. The Hotel also has an incredibly well stocked Weights Room, for those looking to put on muscle, with one aerobic treadmill. You can also get a really good massage on site, and the masseur (sorry I missed your name) was again incredibly professional, and soon got into my knotted and tangled muscles. There was nothing I didn’t like, but I do have a couple of suggestions. Rooms - In my opinion, an Italian Hotel should not serve Nescafé coffee in the rooms, either replace with Nespresso/Lavazza, or at least offer it as an option. Also, the cups in the rooms are too small for tea, and not suited for the Nescafé coffee, put a large mug in the room. Gym - I am not sure how many guests would use such a huge amount of muscle building equipment, I would suggest to condense those, and add a few more aerobic systems (Cross trainer etc)

Clean fabulous room, good breakfast. Seasonal closure. Only 2 restaurants open in Torbole. No bars open after 6. Even hotel offered no bar or food after breakfast for 2 days. Buses also very few.
