The room on the highest floor didn't have balcony

Dacă mergi cu așteptările corect setate și știi dinainte că proprietatea nu are aer condiționat, nu prea ai ce să reproșezi. Micul dejun a fost variat și gustos. Am avut baie comună, însă experiența a fost foarte bună: nu ne-am intersectat aproape deloc și nu am fost niciodată nevoiți să așteptăm după ceilalți oaspeți cu care o împărțeam. Per total, o alegere foarte bună pentru un sejur în Torbole.

Proximity to the road makes it impossible to sleep with an open window

Location was great with free parking onsite. Restaurants were within walking distance & the Mountain views incredible. The breakfast room was warm, inviting & food was fresh/good! Loved it all ???

The breakfast was amazing. The room clean and very well maintained. The host is very sweet and eager to help. We had road bikes and the garage had more than enough space for storage them safely.

Very good location. No need to use the car. Connection between the cities with a boat. 5min walk from the beach. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful Staff. My first but not last time there All was great

The best coffee we've had in all of our trip throughout Italy! Wonderful breakfast. Beds, pillows, and linens were exceptionally comfortable and cozy. We are so glad we stayed at Villa Nirvana!

Delicious breakfast, parking at the hotel, good location, nice staff and beautiful Garda!

Great tidy room, everything was cleaned and organized and we had a view for the mountains and parking. Breakfast was also really good and the staff was incredible nice. The toilet was in a common single bathroom at the end of the hall, it was a private one and everything clean so in reality all fine, but I wasn’t expecting it. But having said that our room had a shower.

Everything was great. Very good value for money. Delicious breakfasts! Polite, helpful and hospitable hosts. Perfect location as well.

Accidently we booked a room with a shared bathroom but then it wasn't a problem for us at all because housekeeping washed bathroom 1-2times per day. Breakfast was so tasty! Check in was smooth. Owners are very friendly. Free parking. Perfect location Fen would be nice to locate in the bathrooms

Breakfast and staff are great The lack of air condition in Italy is a misunderstanding; street noise unacceptable because of work site near the hotel and the main street.

Nicole was an amazing host! Very nice service, great contact :) private parking, delicious breakfast at the garden, amazing location just a few mins to the beach, very clean and tidy. Definitely would be back when going back to Torbole! No AC but that’s all in the description- the fan was enough :)

very friendly hosts, amazing garden a nice breakfasts, pizzeria and gelateria right next to the villa toilet was not in our apartment but shared for one floor, but it wasnt a problem

It was central and close to resturants and the beach. It also had free parking. It was hot, no aircon, a lot of noice from the road. Shared toilet. Not a good shower. It became water everywhere.
