This was our first time at Garda Lake. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay. To start with the instructions how to get to the hotel, how to find the car park etc... were perfectly clear with photos and detailed descriptions including all codes and numbers. The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from the lake. The location is superb because you can easily walk around the town and lake area. Nina - the Host and owner of this place welcomed us like nobody before....She was very firendly and open. She explained everything in details, showed us our room which had a beautiful view from the balcony but even more stunning view from the bathroom window. The room was big enough for us, had everything we needed. Nice breakfast, lovely coffee, freshly baked bread and rolls, delicious croissants, tasty meats and selection of cheese. Nina and her husband always happy to help. This was going to be a 4 nights stay for us but we loved it so much that decided to stay one night longer (we were so lucky the only room was available for this one extra night was actually our room!) We had a hire car so we could visit Riva, Limone, Malcesine which were short distances from Torbole. This was a perfect stay! Everything was perfect!!!

The hosts were very friendly, the breakfast was nice, with some vegan options, which we appreciated, the location is very good, and we liked that it is pet-friendly!

One of very few open hotels in Torbole in off-season (mid December). The house was nicely warm even in freezing outside temperature, perfectly clean, breakfast rich and fresh with a good selection. The owners are super friendly. Nothing I could complain about.

The managers of the hotel were excellent - very friendly and helpful and working hard to make their business successful. The location is great, with lakeside and shops/restaurants in easy walking distance. Breakfast is very good and has a complete range. A bonus is that the garden of the hotel are large and beautifully kept. A second nice bonus is that each room has its own small balcony where you can sit to eat and look at the mountains. The rooms themselves are small and a little cramped, as expected for a hotel of this star rating. Beds though were comfortable!

Very good location, close the beach and the main windsurfing spots. Convenient parking next to the hotel. The living area of the room was a bit smaller than we expected (the description said 25m2), but that was probably because of the very spacious bathroom with a view to the lake ? The breakfast was amazing!

The room was confortable and clean and the landlords were super nice giving us great tips to explore the place! It had a nice playground for the kids and a good size pool. The lift was a “plus” (so good not carrying baggage on the stairs!). It was an easy walk to restaurants, bars, supermarket, bike rentals… very convenient location! The breakfast was great: eggs and delicious prosciutto, nice variety of fruits, nut, yogurts (even dairy free!), breads and cakes! My son was giving us a hard time during breakfast and the owner was very nice giving him a toy (gentilissima!) What to do: We rented bike to explore the surroundings and it was very nice: Ponale alto Belvedere (great views and nice cafe of top) and on the way back we stopped on Bike farm for lunch (where our son could play, see some animals and take a nap). By car we visited Limone and Arco Castle (also possible by bike). During a raining day we tried to go to a pool/sauna, but it was closed that day (check before you go, but looked very nice). There was more to do but we didn’t have the time. We will definitely come back!! Nothing
