This is a wonderful location, right at the edge of Lake Garda. We booked the Attic Room, which was very cute & extremely clean. It was twin beds-which was fine with us. The breakfast was excellent and the room it was served in had an amazing view of the Alps.

Had a view of the lake and courtyard/dock area. Loved opening the windows and listening to some nighttime music or feeling the breeze. The staff was very nice and accomodating. Was a bit pricey, but that's Italy!

Good Wifi. Corner room overlooking lake and docks. Beautiful location. Loved walking to lake from hotel. Parking was tight but worked and they accomodated us. Parking is always tight in Italy

Excellent location on the waterfront in Torbole. Busy tourist traffic but not as much as farther west along the shoreline. Good restaurant with both outdoor tables and indoors. Free secure bike storage. Onsite parking (10€ night) if pre-register / request before arrival. Very friendly & helpful staff. Small single room but comfy bed. Good breakfast. Toilet was leaking water on the bathroom floor but they could not get it fixed as the plumber they use was “away on holidays this week”. So had to have bathmat towels on the floor to soak up the water. Not a major inconvenience though. Single room “view” was a metal staircase over the parking lot behind the hotel…

Everything was superb. The hotel is located right by the lake, with a stunning view. The front desk staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast had many varieties. I can’t wait for the summer when I will spend my vacation here.

helpful staff, convenient parking, in the very center of the city, close to restaurants, beautiful promenade and beaches. the first floor is noisy during breakfast preparations.

The location was superb, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was very good and on-site parking was a real bonus. Most particularly, though, the staff were excellent - especially the two receptionists we met. They made you feel very welcome and they went out of their way to be most helpful.
